I hereby grant Ubermedia LLC dba HOWL, Hell's Kitchen Productions, Inc. and the Church of Satan, Inc. their licensees and assigns, a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, license to use, reproduce, publish and display the submitted photos, artwork, and text (if provided), in whole, for business, and trade purposes; as well as for advertising, marketing and/or publicity purposes for the book: The Devils Reign V: TYRANTS Credit will be given to each artist inside of the printed book.
I hereby represent and warrant that:
a) I am 18 years of age or older (or if not, that a parent or legal guardian will sign on my behalf).
b) The use of the photos/artwork will not, and this release does not, violate any copyright, trademark, right of privacy, or any other right of any third party, nor be contrary to law, and no third party consent or permission is required for such use of the submitted photos/artwork.
I agree to release and indemnify Ubermedia LLC dba HOWL, Hell's Kitchen Productions, Inc. and the Church of Satan, Inc. and the publishing team from any claims, actions, liabilities, losses, or expenses of any kind arising out of use of the submitted photos/artwork, or any breach or alleged breach of this release.
By applying my electronic signature to this agreement, I agree that my electronic signature is the legally binding equivalent of my handwritten signature on paper. I will not, at any future time, claim that my electronic signature is not legally binding or enforceable. By electronically signing and submitting this agreement, I 1) acknowledge that I have read and fully understand the terms of the agreement; 2) voluntarily agree to be bound by this agreement. My signature applies to all pages of this contract.
